You may provide your name, work email, company, target market, estimated quantity, project notes, files, or other information when you contact Cakub. A phone number is not required by the website inquiry form.
How we use inquiry information
We use the information to respond to your request, understand product and project requirements, prepare samples or quotations, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our services from misuse.
Sharing and service providers
Website inquiry submissions are processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to Cakub by email. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days and may apply Google reCAPTCHA and automated spam filtering. Information may also be available to team members and service providers who support business email, document exchange, hosting, production planning, inspection, logistics, or compliance work. We do not state that we sell personal information. Project information should be limited to what is necessary for the discussion.
International communication and retention
As an export-focused business, communication and project work may involve recipients or service providers in more than one country. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legitimate business records, dispute handling, and applicable obligations.
Security and your choices
No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information involved. You may ask us to correct or delete business-contact information, or object to further marketing communication, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
Children
Cakub supplies children’s learning products to business buyers, but this website is not directed to children and is not intended to collect personal information from children.
